ABOUT

Michelle Sedgwick -

American Reflexology Board Certified, B.S. Ed

I love practicing Reflexology and Energy work!  The fact that Reflexology soothes pain in such a simple and relaxing way is very appealing to me. Upon discovering it, I couldn't believe that it wasn't more well known in the United States.

I enrolled in Palmer School of Massage and Bodywork in 2006 after teaching for 7 yrs.  I took Reflexology as an elective course, and I was totally hooked. The release and peace I felt from the weekly classes was unlike anything I had experienced, and I wanted to share it!

Through my training, I learned to feel where in the body the tension is coming from and work this out on the feet. I use different techniques from Reflexology moves to energetic holds to help you release pain and tension.

I will listen attentively to you and work on your feet with a specific blend of Reflexology.  My intent always for the session is that you feel taken care of, feel that you are being heard, and that whatever you came in for is better when your leave.

~~~~~~~~
At times during your Reflexology session it can feel like a soothing foot massage, but it is so much more. It is working through the over 7,000 nerve endings in your feet!
Dress comfortably and prepare to relax.
After a session you may feel lighter, energized, tired, or like your whole body was just worked on.
You do not have to be unwell to enjoy a session.
